Because of its monolithic nature, SPF fills cracks and seams, leaving virtually no risk for leaks with proper application. SPF has the lowest lifecycle cost of any roofing system. It's highly energy-efficient which reduces your energy costs, and because of the ability to apply SPF over an existing roof, can save you money on tear-off.
